This is a piece composed in imitation of the style of old music from the British Islands. It consists of 2 parts: 1) a moderately-moving 1st, reminding of an old ballade 2) and a faster, more “dancy” second part at 2:10. (The tempo signatures may seen confusing, but while listening you will discover that the description of the feel is correct). The parts can exist as separate cues. Harp, oboe, English horn, flute piccolo, tambourine
Length 3:08, 1 part -63 bpm, 6/8; 2 part – 114 bpm, 2/4
That’s just a short cue, transmitting the sense of sadness, despair, and uneasiness – with a hint of hope at the end. Piano, strings // Length 1:02, around 50 bpm, tempo rubato 4/4
Electronic sounds meet art music. The imagery of the piece reminds of a cold and rainy November evening somewhere in Moscow. Electronic voices of flying crows and the Kremlin chimes give a sense of an animated film.
